Dear Students,
We are excited to invite you to a complimentary Eco Tour to Tung Ping Chau (東平洲生態導賞), where you will explore the Global Geopark and immerse yourself in its unique cultural heritage and local traditions while unlocking unforgettable adventures.

Please read the following instructions before registering:
- All postgraduate students are welcome.活動歡迎所有研究生參加。
- A Confirmation Email will be sent to successful applicants. You MUST reply to the confirmation email by the specified deadline to confirm your attendance. If you do not receive the email, it means your application is unsuccessful. 成功報名的參加者將會收到確認電郵，你必須於回覆該電郵確認出席。若未收到任何通知，則表示你的申請不成功。
- If you do not respond by the deadline, your place will be given to a participant on the waiting list. 沒有回覆確認電郵的參加者會失去其名額，並由候補學生取代。
- Free ferry service to Tung Ping Chau will be provided, and successful applicants must take it. 設有免費渡輪前往東平洲，成功參與的同學必須乘坐。
- Please arrive the departure time and point on time to take your attendance. 請在集合時間準時到達指定集合地點簽到。
- All decisions will be made by the Graduate School. 一切決定將以研究生院為準。
- No walk-ins or latecomers will be allowed. 不允許臨時加入, 遲到者恕不等候。
- Please wear sports shoes, bring your own water bottle and umbrella. 請穿運動鞋，攜帶自己的水瓶和雨傘。
- If there are any changes to the event arrangements due to force majeure or weather conditions, we will notify you accordingly. 如若活動安排出現不可抗力因素、或因天氣影響導致任何變動，屆時將另行通知。
