截止報名日期為1月18日（星期日）。

請在報名前細閱以下守則：

  1. 活動歡迎所有研究生參加。
  2. 成功報名的參加者必需乘坐由研究生院提供來回旅遊巴往返教大。
  3. 成功報名的參加者將會收到確認電郵，你必須於1月21日（星期三）或之前回覆該電郵確認出席。若未收到任何通知，則表示你的申請不成功。
  4. 由於名額非常有限，確認出席的參加者必須出席活動，如同學獲取錄後最終缺席活動, 本學期參與研究生院其他活動的機會將會降低。
  5. 沒有回覆的參加者會失去其名額，並由候補學生取代。
  6. 活動當日遲到恕不等候。
  7. 報名時需填寫正確的個人及課程資料，否則將失去參加資格。
  8. 一切決定將以研究生院為準。

Participants who have registered successfully must take the shuttle bus provided by Graduate School from and to EdUHK.

Please read the following instructions before registering:

  1. All postgraduate students are welcome.
  2. Participants who have registered successfully must take the shuttle bus provided by Graduate School from and to EdUHK.
  3. Successful registrants will receive a confirmation email by January 21, 2026 (Wednesday). If you do not receive it by January 22, it indicates that your application is unsuccessful.
  4. Quotas are limited. Participants who have confirmed attendance must attend the event. If you are allowed but ultimately fails to attend the event, the chances of participating in other activities from Graduate School will be reduced.
  5. Participants who do not respond will forfeit their spot, which will be filled by an alternate student.
  6. Latecomers will not be allowed on the day of the event.
  7. Participants must provide accurate personal and programme information during registration.
  8. All decisions shall be subject to the Graduate School’s final determination.
