我的研究方向聚焦於教師能力評價、課堂觀察和自我調整學習應用技術。近年來被評為廣東省優秀企業家、肇慶市西江拔尖人才,承擔多項國家級、省級、市級及區級科技專案,屢獲技術獎和證書,申請專利28件,並參與編著出版《微課製作方法與技術》等7部書籍。教育博士(EdD)項目為我搭建了實踐與學術之間的關鍵橋樑,其廣闊的學術網路為我開啟了全新的視域。與來自不同文化背景的學者、同學的交流,讓我深刻認識到教育問題的複雜性和解決方案的多樣性。這些寶貴的連系,不僅促成了跨地域的合作研究,也讓我的成果得以在更廣闊的平臺上接受檢驗與傳播。 因此,我想對同樣處於實踐與學術交匯點的同行者提出建議:不要將EdD視為職業生涯的又一次加冕,而應視其為一次寶貴的熔煉。它熔煉經驗,使之淬煉為知識;熔煉視野,使之更具前瞻性;最終熔煉身份,讓你成為真正貫通學界與業界的橋樑型人才,用理論照亮實踐、用實踐豐富理論。
