Welcoming a New Cohort of Research Students at EdUHK

The Graduate School (GS) warmly welcomed new PhD and MPhil students to the Research Postgraduate (RPg) Programme at The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) during an orientation session held on 2 September 2026. 

In her welcome address, Professor Michelle Gu Mingyue, Assistant Vice President (Research) and RPg Programme Director, outlined the opportunities and expectations of research studies at EdUHK. This was followed by presentations from RPg Programme Leaders Dr Jennie Li Zhen and Dr Lucas Kohnke, and RPg Programme Coordinator Dr Ripple Lian Yi, who introduced key academic policies, study requirements, resources, and support services. The session offered students a clear overview of the RPg experience and helped lay the groundwork for their future research endeavours.
