親愛的研究生們，

我們誠邀你參加「『五邑鄒振猷學校』訪校交流」活動！

曾參與曾參與2026年3月5日的「教育職業講座」的研究生優先。名額有限！

活動詳情如下：

日期：2026年5月14日（星期四）
時間：上午9:45 – 下午4:00
地點：五邑鄒振猷學校
*是次活動不提供來回旅遊巴，成功報名的同學需自行往返目的地。
集合時間及地點：上午9:45
五邑鄒振猷學校 正門 (屯門蝴蝶邨兆山苑）
(午膳時間：下午12:00 – 1:30) *午膳需自費及自己安排

報名：立即報名 名額有限

*截止報名日期為5月10日（星期日）。

請在報名前細閱以下守則：

  1. 活動歡迎所有研究生參加。
  2. 曾參與2026年3月5日的「教育職業講座」的研究生優先。
  3. 是次活動不提供來回旅遊巴及午膳。成功報名的參加者需自行往返目的地及自行安排午膳。
  4. 成功報名的參加者將會在5月11日（星期一）收到確認電郵，你必須於5月12日（星期二）或之前回覆該電郵確認出席。若未收到任何通知，則表示你的申請不成功。
  5. 由於名額非常有限，確認出席的參加者必須出席活動，如同學獲取錄後最終缺席活動，本學期參與研究生院其他活動的機會將會降低。
  6. 沒有回覆的參加者會失去其名額，並由候補學生取代。
  7. 活動當日遲到恕不等候。
  8. 報名時需填寫正確的個人及課程資料，否則將失去參加資格。
  9. 一切決定將以研究生院為準。

Dear students,

We warmly invite you to participate in a visit to “F.D.B.W.A. Chow Chin Yau School” !

Space is limited. Students who attended the “Education Career Talk” held on 5 March 2026 will be given priority.

Here are the details:

Date:14 May 2026 (Thursday)
Time:9:45 AM – 4:00 PM
Venue:F.D.B.W.A. Chow Chin Yau School  
*No shuttle bus or lunch will be provided. Participants who successfully register must  arrange their own lunch and transport to and from F.D.B.W.A. Chow Chin Yau School.
Students Gathering Time & Venue:9:45 AM  
At the Main Entrance of F.D.B.W.A. Chow Chin Yau School (Siu Shan Court, Butterfly Estate, Tuen Mun)
(Lunch break: 12:00 noon – 1:15 PM)

* Please register by 10 May (Sunday).

Please read the following instructions before registering:

  1. All postgraduate students are welcome to register.
  2. Priority will be given to postgraduate students who participated in the “Education Career Talk” on 5 March 2026.
  3. No shuttle bus or lunch will be provided for the activity. Participants must arrange their own lunch and transport to and from F.D.B.W.A. Chow Chin Yau School.
  4. Successful registrants will receive a confirmation email by 11 May 2026 (Monday). If you do not reply it by 12 May 2026 (Tuesday), your application was not successful.
  5. Participants who do not respond to the confirmation email will forfeit their place, which will then be offered to another student.
  6. Due to limited space, if you’re invited and don’t show up, you may miss out on other Graduate School activities this semester.
  7. No latecomers.
  8. Participants must provide accurate personal and programme information during registration.
  9. All arrangements and decisions are subject to the final discretion of the Graduate School.
