Step 3: Submit Your Application Online

  • Create only one account in the EdUHK Online Application System.
  • Complete the online form, upload all supporting documents, and pay the application fee via the system.
    Note: Ensure you complete your own application directly; EdUHK does not collaborate with third-party agencies.

Step 4: Monitor Your Status & Interviews

  • Check your registered email account for application acknowledgements, interview invitations, or updates.
  • Log in to the EdUHK Online Application System periodically to check your status or upload any outstanding documents if requested.

Step 5: Accept Your Offer & Register

  • If your application is successful, you will receive an offer notification.
  • Indicate your acceptance of the offer directly through the online system and complete registration formalities as instructed.

Individuals who wish to apply for qualification certification in Chinese Mainland after graduation should contact the CSCSE (website: https://zwfw.cscse.edu.cn/cscse/lxfwzxwsfwdt2020/xlxwrz32/index.html) directly for updated details and confirmation. The certification in Chinese Mainland is an independent process from the conferral of academic qualification in Hong Kong, China by the University. For the avoidance of doubt, no warranties are given in respect of individual graduate’s qualification certification or recognition in Chinese Mainland or any other professional qualification or license outside Hong Kong, China.
