Hong Kong, China<br>Attn: Doctor of Education Programme Support Team<br>[Ref: Application Number]<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Electronic transcript<\/strong>&nbsp;shall be directly sent by issuing universities to our email:&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:edd@eduhk.hk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">edd@eduhk.hk<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In some cases, it is acceptable to submit officially certified true copies of your documents issued by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a notary public (e.g. the District Offices in Hong Kong, China); or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>your current employer (e.g. principal of your serving school\/HR department of your serving organisation). The documents should be officially signed and stamped<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-orange-700-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-f8f0d6e1d31b312ea6ce6b263d3a8dc7\"><em>*Please do NOT send any original graduation certificate(s), which are difficult or impossible to replace, to the University in any circumstances as we will not be responsible for any documents mislaid. All documents will normally not be returned.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading sticky-offset-header\" id=\"pc-3\">3. <strong>Documents to be Submitted<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group programme-section-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>In general, you will be required to submit two types of documents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Document(s) certifying your personal information (e.g. HKID, Chinese Mainland ID and\/or passport, etc); and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Official documents certifying your attainment of the required qualifications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For <strong>Local Student<\/strong>, please upload a copy of your HKID onto your application account AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For <strong>Non-local Student<\/strong>, please upload a copy of your passport, Chinese Mainland ID, \u6e2f\u6fb3\u901a\u884c\u8b49, HKID, student visa \/ entry permit, IANG visa, dependant visa \/ entry permit (whichever applicable) AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-orange-700-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-97cc5b7fca4665335d33d57972575a6a\"><em>Note: To protect the privacy of individuals in relation to personal data, soft copy of your HKID \/ Chinese Mainland ID \/ passport provided for registration will be removed\/destroyed after the admission exercise.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*Failing to provide the required documents may result in your unsuccessful enrolment in the programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If documents provided are found to be falsified, unclear, misleading or inconsistent with the qualifications stated in your application, or do not fulfil the requirements for admission, your admission offer may be revoked and all paid fees will not be refunded. The University reserves the right to request you to present the original documents in person if deemed necessary.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading sticky-offset-header\" id=\"pc-3\">4. List of Documents Needed for Verification<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group programme-section-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Please refer to the documents submitted in your application account, identify which of the following category you belong to and provide the required documents as stated in the Section (I), (II) or (III):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>(I) Graduates of HKIEd \/ EdUHK<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you are our graduate in 1995 or after, the University has your academic records. You do&nbsp;<strong>NOT<\/strong>&nbsp;need to submit any copies of academic transcripts or graduation certificates issued by HKIEd \/ EdUHK.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For graduates of HKIEd \/ EdUHK postgraduate programmes (e.g. if you are graduate of our PGDE or master\u2019s degree programmes), the University will retrieve the degree qualifications which you have submitted to EdUHK upon your last PG admission. However, any post-secondary qualifications or language test results obtained after your last PG admission should be submitted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The University reserves the right to request applicants to submit official academic documents or present those documents in ORIGINAL copy at a later stage if deemed necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>(II) Applicants from Universities in Chinese Mainland<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you obtained degree(s) from universities in Chinese Mainland, you should possess both Bachelor\u2019s \/ Master\u2019s Degree Certificate (\u5b78\u58eb\/\u78a9\u58eb\u5b78\u4f4d\u8b49\u66f8) and Bachelor\u2019s \/ Master\u2019s Graduation Certificate (\u672c\u79d1\/\u78a9\u58eb\u7562\u696d\u8b49\u66f8).\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please upload an Online Verification Report of Higher Education Qualification Certificate (\u6559\u80b2\u90e8\u5b78\u6b77\u8b49\u66f8\u96fb\u5b50\u8a3b\u518a\u5099\u6848\u8868) issued by the CHSI (\u5b78\u4fe1\u7db2)&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.chsi.com.cn\/xlcx\/bgcx.jsp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/www.chsi.com.cn\/xlcx\/bgcx.jsp<\/a>&nbsp;The report should be valid for six months. Please refer to this sample for reference.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you are currently in the final year of your Master study, please upload the Master\u2019s Degree Certificate (\u78a9\u58eb\u5b78\u4f4d\u8b49\u66f8) and Master\u2019s Graduation Certificate (\u78a9\u58eb\u7562\u696d\u8b49\u66f8), final transcript and the Online Verification Report issued by CHSI to your online application account in July.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The University reserves the right to request applicants to submit an officially certified true copy of those documents or present those documents in ORIGINAL copy (\u539f\u4ef6) at a later stage if deemed necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please request an official score report of the relevant language tests (i.e. IELTS or TOEFL) to be sent directly by the issuing authorities. The code of EdUHK in TOEFL is 5225.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>As issuing authorities will not send score reports for tests done outside the validity period, please provide an officially certified true copy of your IELTS \/ TOEFL score reports to us by post.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you have other supporting documents claimed in your application (e.g. HKCAAVQ report, deed poll, and letter certifying the medium of instruction, etc), please submit an officially certified true copy of those documents.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>(III) Applicants from Universities in Hong Kong, China and Other Countries<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you obtained degree(s) from universities in Hong Kong, China and\/or other countries, please apply an official transcript (either in form of hardcopy or electronic copy showing the graduation status) to be sent directly to EdUHK from the issuing universities \/ authorities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you are currently in the final year of your Master study, please submit the final transcript \/ testimonial showing the graduation status to us in July or once available<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The University reserves the right to request applicants to submit an officially certified true copy of those documents or present those documents in ORIGINAL copy at a later stage if deemed necessary<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the medium of instruction of your master\u2019s degree is not English, please request an official score report of the relevant language tests (i.e. IELTS or TOEFL) to be sent directly by the issuing authorities.
