Mr Ivankovi\u0107 used findings from a dynamic exchange programme between Norway and South Africa to explain that entrepreneurial mindsets can be cultivated through educational practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The seminar unpacked the objectives, activities, continuous insights, and implications associated with the experiential work programme. Students from both countries are given the opportunity to work in real-world businesses that concentrate on tackling sustainability challenges and bringing sustainable solutions to the market. By integrating experiential and cross-cultural learning, the programme enriches students\u2019 entrepreneurial capabilities, promotes personal growth, and boosts self-efficacy, thus preparing them to become influential entrepreneurs capable of contributing to sustainable and innovative solutions on a global scale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following the seminar, Mr Ivankovi\u0107 answered questions relating to the research aspect of the programme.
